Upcoming events in Worcester Area Sept. 22
George Clark writes: … It's a busy weekend this coming week. There are several events of interest to pilots:- The Collings Foundation - Wings of Freedom tour will be at Worcester this Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Sept. 21-23
- Worcester Airport is sponsoring a Blood Drive (reservations) on Saturday Sept. 22nd 10-3. Participants get free admission to the Wings of Freedom, and also entry into a drawing for JetBlue flight. Blood drive flyer
- Sterling airport: Airnav:3B3 is holding their 2nd annual pig roast. Starts at 10:30 am, weather permitting.

Hi everyone,The 2nd annual Sterling Pig Roast is this Saturday, September 22nd (weather permitting). We are having a pig roast catered by Sir Loin Catering, along with the all of the fixings. We are also putting up a tent with table and chairs, will have music, and are putting on a flour bomb contest. Socializing will begin around 10:30 and lunch will be served around 1:30 with the flour bomb going on whenever anyone wants to participate.
