Airfield Access

Rules and Regulations

1. Only the signed permit holder (owner) can exercise the privileges granted under the Automobile Access Agreement.

2. All vehicles are to be operated safely, and not to exceed 15(fifteen) MPH at any time.

3. All vehicles are to give way to aircraft. When in doubt, STOP.

4. Access to and from the owner's T-hanger or Tiedown is permitted only through Gate #10 and 14.

5. The automatic gate card is not to be given out to anyone. The airport reserves the right to void the gate card without notice

6. Permit holder (owner) must, after proceeding through Gate #10 or 14, in either direction, STOP and wait for the gate to close to ensure no other vehicles enter during the time it takes for the gate to close. The airport reserves the right to void the gate card without notice.

7. Tiedown tenants: No vehicles are allowed to be parked at any tiedown. You are permitted only the needed time to load or unload your vehicle, then take you vehicle immediately to the appropriate designated parking space by Gate #14 or the overflow tiedown parking area. The overflow parking is located by the fire hydrant by the airport maintenance building near Gate #18. In no case should loading or unloading exceed 10(ten) minutes.

T-Hanger tenants: All vehicles are to proceed in the most direct and safe route to their respective T-Hanger from Gate #10 or 14. Return is the exact opposite.

8. T-hanger and Tiedown Tenants: Should owner need more time with his/her vehicle at their aircraft, i.e. aircraft maintenance, the owner must utilize the extreme north end of Taxiway Foxtrot. No vehicle is permitted to remain unattended in this area.

T-hanger Tenants: T-Hanger parking is permitted inside permit holder's T-Hanger. No vehicles are allowed to be parked outside the T-Hangers. Permit holders are allowed only the time needed to place or replace the vehicle with the aircraft. If permit holder does not wish to park their vehicle in their T-hanger, then utilization of the FBO or tiedown parking lot must be used.

9. Tiedown Tenants: All vehicles are to stay in white painted traffic lanes from Gate #14 until permit holder tiedown row, for a right turn to their aircraft. Return is the exact opposite. Driving through tiedown rows is strictly prohibited. The airport reserves the right to void gate cards without notice.

10. The tiedown parking is located immediately inside Gate #14 to the right after entering. No vehicle is permitted outside of a designated painted parking space. If all these spaces are full, parking is permitted only in the overflow tiedown parking spaces.

11 Any vehicle being left longer that 1(one) week, if T-Hanger is not being used, must utitilize the overflow parking. Any vehicle being left longer than 2(two) weeks, must have specific written approval of the Airport Director.

12. Vehicles are not permitted in any other area.

13. The gate card and permit is not transferable and must be renewed each year.
