WAPA Flyout to Turners Falls 6/18

George Clark writes: … The fly-out this evening to Turners Falls Airnav:0B5 is still looking like a go. Plan to depart your local airports to meet up between 6 and 6:30 pm. Winds are a bit high - gusting into the low 20's, but are expected to diminish into the evening. Not much developing on RADAR yet either so the weather is looking good. And don't forget that Turners Falls is an active parachute jump zone, so be sure to listen and watch for canopies

We'll update this page on any last minute go / no-go decision. … Fly-out went off without a hitch. 3 planes / 5 members arrived for a chili dogs and dessert. We'll try to do another flyout on Wednesday July 2nd.
