December 2006 Holiday Events

George Clark writes: … The December meeting, originally planned for Thursday December 7^th has been cancelled. WAPA members have been invited to a pot-luck Holiday get-together on Friday the 8th. Members have been notified by e-mail. We have also been invited to attend the Fitchburg Pilots Association Holiday Party on Saturday December 9th.

Reservations are required for the FPA Event Sign-up due no later than December 1st. Cost is $30.

Also, if you are looking for something to do this weekend, this is the Nantucket Christmas Stroll weekend. It's a great fly-out event. Nothing planned yet for members, but worth a point out. If you are going, send a note to Unicom and maybe someone will join up for the flight.

WAPA is planning on running several fly-out's with FPA in 2007. The party on the 9th will be a good opportunity to meet up with other pilots in the Central Massachusetts area. There has been a good discussion of possible events on the Unicom mailing list.
