NOTAM out for Oskosh 2003

The Official NOTAM [Missing Link] for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2003 is posted up on the EAA Website WAPA is planning on running an EAA Flight Planning session for our July 2003 Safety Seminar. Hopefully we can get a large group of planes to fly out from the Worcester Area. This year is celebrating 100 years of Powered Flight.
