Pilot badges on the way in Massachusetts, and Sales Tax Relief a Reality!

The Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission recently announced that pilot identification badges will soon be required. Gregg Andrews of Spencer Airport spoke at the WAPA meeting tonight and covered this news, along with the airport security requirements previously promulgated by the MAC on November 14, 2001. Other big news from the March MAC meeting was that Aircraft Sales Tax Relief is finally a reality. The legislation takes effect on March 1, 2002.
