New TAF Format Coming

David Libbey writes: ... Effective November 8, the coding format for all TAF's will change. In addition, TAF's for certain airports will be provided for a 30 hour period vs. the current 24 hour period. See a summary at: http://www.aviationweather.gov/notice/taf30.php>.
