Annual Safety Fest in Hartford

The Annual SafetyFest / MaintenanceFest, entitled "Visions of the Future" will be held on Saturday May 15, 2004. You can read more about it here at the Carney Aviation Website The events run from 8:30 AM until 3:30 PM. Speakers and Workshops will include:
  • AOPA's "Manueuvering Flight" Seminar
  • Maintenance Training for IA Renewal
  • EAA "Hands On" Learn a Skill
  • Static Aircraft Display
  • Maintenance Olympics
  • ....and more than 40 Aviation Vendors.
The Special Feature Presentation will be an open forum entitled "The Future of Aviation Safety", featuring Air Safety Foundation's Bruce Landsberg.

Where: Pratt & Whitney Training Center, East Hartford, CT.

Directions: I-84 to East Hartford, Eit 58, Cross "Silver Lane" into Pratt & Whitney complex. Parking 1/2 mile on left. Free transportation from Atlantic Aviation at Hartford Brainard (HFD).
