ORH Gates out of service

I found out today that the new gates are out of of commission at ORH. The company that installed them has to come out to do the repairs, so vehicle access is not possible. For now, the fuel trucks are stuck inside the grounds, but the demand hasn't been all that high with the cold weather and fuel prices, so they still have fuel. And speaking of fuel prices, 100LL is up to $3.10 at ORH. I don't have any official word as to why, except for increases at the wholesale supplier.
