Photo Gallery on Web

The beginnings of a Photo Gallery is now on the WAPA Website. You get to it from the main menu (upper left corner of the homepage) and click on "Photo Gallery". There are no pictures on the main gallery page … yet. - Send me pictures that other WAPA members might appreciate, and I'll put a few on the main Gallery page.

There are presently two pages of additional photos. One contains pictures of the Young Eagles day held at Amity and one of the follow-up flights. The other one is a gallery of the pictures from the Oshkosh meeting held in November.

When you click on the Photo Gallery link, you will see the main Gallery page, and a list of sub-galleries. Each gallery starts with a listing of thumbnail images of all of the photos. Click on the thumbnail to see a medium resolution (600x400) version of the photo. From that page you can flip through the photos using the links at the upper left and right on the webpage. If you click the photo, you will be taken to a full-size version of the photo.

For now, there are no captions for the images. Suggest some captions and I'll add them to the pages. If anyone wants to send a collection of pictures and captions, contact me and I'll provide instructions on how to control the picture names, captions, and display sequence.

Submit a photo or two and we will try to feature them on the main gallery page.
